Availability of the stock is subject to change. We aim to keep the stock numbers updated on our website, but occasionally there might be a discrepancy. If we cannot complete your order due to lack of stock, we will deliver the available items and then contact you. You can choose to wait for restocking of the out-of-stock item or request a refund.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination of the items in the order. The shipping payment will be collected along with the product purchase. The final price includes the shipping cost.


3.1 Voluntary Returns

Connectaplex is pleased to accommodate returns if you change your mind about a purchase. Such requests should be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. The customer will bear the return shipping cost and arrange for shipping. Once we receive and approve the return, refunds will be processed as store credit towards a future purchase. We will notify you via email when the process is completed. Please note that we will refund the cost of the returned item but not the initial shipping cost.

3.2 Warranty Returns

ConnectaPlex is committed to honoring valid warranty claims made within 90 days of item receipt. Customers will need to cover the return shipping cost initially, but we will reimburse this cost if the warranty claim is successful. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Upon successful warranty claim, you can choose to:

(a) get a refund via your original payment method

(b) receive store credit as a refund

(c) have a replacement item shipped to you (if available)

Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Typically, domestic shipments take between 2 and 7 days to deliver.

4.2 International Transit Time

Generally, international orders take between 4 and 22 days to deliver. This depends largely on the courier service selected at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. During these times, we take measures to minimize any shipment delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can alter the delivery address anytime before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Matrix Tech can deliver to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We do not provide courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Unfortunately, courier services are unavailable for such addresses.

4.7 Out-Of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item is available.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time surpasses the estimated time, please get in touch with us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking link via email once their order is dispatched. This link provides real-time updates on the shipment’s progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you receive a parcel that is damaged in transit, please reject it and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, reach out to our customer service for further instructions.

Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the price of the goods displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay these charges upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Matrix Tech at your expense. You will then receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


If you change your mind before receiving your order, we accept cancellations anytime before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Procedure for Damaged Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
