- You refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Rights to Cancel Your Order
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing any explanation.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or the date a third party you appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We commit to reimbursing you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We’ll employ the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Return Eligibility Conditions
For Goods to qualify for a return, ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The Goods remain in their original packaging.
Please note that the following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made according to your specifications or distinctly personalized.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate quickly or have expired.
- Goods that aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed post-delivery.
- Goods which have, post-delivery, been mixed inseparably with other items.
We retain the right to decline returns of any merchandise that fails to meet these return conditions at our discretion.
Please note that only regularly priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by local law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held accountable for Goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. As such, we suggest using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were designated as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to gift you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
